For astronomers, this place is one of the best in the territory of the former Soviet Union, it is not for nothing that the oldest Crimean astrophysical Observatory is located here.

Its telescopes these days are aimed at our luminary - the Sun, which is now abnormally active.

Its employees Vasily Haneychuk, Olga Andreeva, Natalia Stepanyan, Nikolai Steshenko tell about the work of the observatory.

V.I. Khaneychuk is a researcher at the Laboratory of Solar Physics of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
