Historical background

With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Pimen was celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Lvov Council of Churches, which marked the reunion of believers in Western Ukraine HN and the Russian Orthodox Church. The shooting took place in the linen department of St. George's Cathedral and Pochayiv Lavra. The film was shot by order of the Moscow Patriarchate.
